We know dating is deeply private. Everything you enter into LoveCoach.chat—including your profile, target descriptions, and chat records—is used only to provide AI coaching for you and will never be sold, used for advertising, or shared externally. That is our core promise, without exception.
What data we collect

We do not collect phone numbers (unless you provide them), contacts, location, microphone data, or camera data.
How we use data
Your data is only used for the following purposes:
- Provide context to the AI model so it can generate personalized dating guidance
- Maintain your task records, chat history, and account status
- Process subscriptions and refund requests
- Send service-related notices such as account verification and payment confirmations
- Send product updates if you explicitly opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Your data is not used for model training.Our AI model has already been trained. Your inputs are used only as context for the current session and are not stored for future training or optimization.
Storage & security
- Data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database deployed in a protected cloud environment
- Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt and cannot be viewed by our staff
- All data transmission is protected with HTTPS/TLS
- Chat content is stored inside your private account space and cannot be accessed without lawful authorization
- We regularly conduct security reviews and vulnerability scans
If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected users by email within 72 hours.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in these limited situations:
- AI service providers: session content may be sent to model providers when calling large-language-model APIs
- Payment providers: subscription payments are handled by third parties. Mainland China orders support WeChat Pay and Alipay; international orders support credit cards through Stripe. We do not store full payment information or card numbers
- Legal requests: we may provide required information if we receive a lawful court or government order
Your rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: view the data we store about you
- Correction: update your profile and account information at any time
- Deletion: request account deletion and we will remove related data within 30 days
- Export: request export of your chat history in JSON format
- Unsubscribe: opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting normal service use
Cookie policy
We use cookies to keep you signed in and support essential product features. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for ad targeting. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may affect sign-in behavior.
Protection for minors
LoveCoach.chat is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will immediately delete the related account and data.
Policy updates
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email 30 days in advance and display a prominent update notice on the website. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised policy.
