Terms of Service

LoveCoach.chat (“the platform”, “we”, or “us”) is an AI-powered relationship communication guidance tool. By analyzing chat content and profile information provided by users, it offers reply suggestions and communication strategy guidance.

The platform is not psychological counseling, matchmaking, or any other emotional mediation service. All content is AI-generated reference advice.

• Registered users must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity
• Each user may register only one account and may not transfer or sell it
• Registration information must be truthful and valid, and users are responsible for consequences caused by false information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and all actions under your account are the responsibility of the account holder
• If you notice abnormal account activity, contact support@lovecoach.chat immediately

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for harassment, deception, manipulation, or any unlawful activity
• Enter other people’s real private information (such as names or contact details) for malicious purposes
• Attempt to break, scrape, or abuse the platform API
• Distribute hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or unlawful content
• Impersonate others or register accounts through deceptive means

You understand and accept the following important points about the AI service:

• Advice is for reference only: AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to work in every specific situation
• Results vary: romantic relationships involve complex human dynamics, and AI cannot predict another person’s real reaction
• It does not replace genuine emotion: the platform is meant to help you express yourself better, not replace your real personality or feelings
• Errors are possible: use your own judgment together with the surrounding context

All platform content—including AI persona design, prompt systems, UI design, and brand assets—belongs to LoveCoach.chat and may not be copied or used commercially without written authorization.

The content you enter (your profile data and chat records) belongs to you. You authorize us to use it only for providing the service and for no other purpose.

• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain usable until the end of the current billing cycle
• Eligible refund requests are processed within 7 business days

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for the following:

• Any real-life relationship outcome resulting from reliance on AI suggestions
• Service interruption caused by force majeure such as network failure or server outage
• Any dispute between users or between a user and a third party

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties should first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If that fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the platform’s place of registration.
