Refund Policy

Our refund promise

We believe great products should not depend on making refunds difficult. If our product does not meet your expectations, the refund process is simple and direct. No lengthy explanation required, and we’ll handle it quickly.

Refund scenarios

Full refund

Requested within 7 days of first subscription

If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund with no explanation required. Funds are returned to the original payment method.

Major service outage

If a technical issue makes a core feature (AI guidance or chat history access) unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours and we fail to fix it in time, you may request a full refund for the affected billing period.

Account suspended by mistake

If we confirm that your account was suspended in error, we will restore access and refund the subscription fee for the suspension period.

Partial refund

Canceled midway through a subscription

Annual subscribers who request a refund after more than 30 days of use may receive a prorated refund for unused remaining months. Monthly plans do not support mid-cycle refunds, but you may continue using them until the current billing period ends.

Not refundable

These cases are not eligible

• Charges generated during the free trial (the trial itself is free) • Accounts suspended for violating the terms • First subscriptions older than 7 days refunded for “not satisfied with results” • One-time credits or value-added services already consumed

Email refund@lovecoach.chat with your account email, subscription time, and refund reason (a short explanation is enough).

Refund goes back to the original method

Refunds are returned to the original payment account (WeChat Pay / Alipay / credit card). International credit card orders are refunded to the original card via Stripe. Arrival time depends on the payment channel and usually takes 1–7 business days.

Refund FAQ

Will my account stop working immediately after I request a refund?

No. Your account remains usable while the refund is being processed. After confirmation, a full refund downgrades the account to free; a prorated refund keeps the subscription active until the adjusted end date.

I paid with WeChat Pay / Alipay. Can the refund return to the same account?

Yes. Refunds always go back to the original WeChat Pay or Alipay account and cannot be redirected elsewhere. Arrival usually takes 1–5 business days.

I paid with a credit card. Where does the refund go?

It returns to the same credit card account used for payment. Stripe processes the refund, and the final arrival time depends on your card issuer and payment channel.

If I cancel my subscription, can I keep using it until the end of the month?

Yes. After cancellation, your membership benefits stay active until the current billing cycle ends, and then your account automatically downgrades to the free plan. Your tasks and chat history remain intact.

Will I be charged automatically after the first free week ends?

No. The first free week does not require a payment method in advance. When it ends, you are charged only if you actively choose a paid plan.
